Everything is in vernal pastel color!

Maple Syrup Tour

 
Tour on SCHOOL BUS

 Collecting sap called "sweet water."

Boil the sap to concentlate by evaporating the water,
then it becomes maple syrup, maple butter, and maple sugar.

Lightly-browned pancake
+ butter's warmy
+ maple syrup's clear sweetness
= tastes like caramelisée...YUM!!
